These are terms and conditions for Entertainment personalized subscription service that allows our members to access watch  Movies, Web Series, Serials, Albums, Short films, Event Show.

  • The use of the service on Purvanchal Film City is intended for personal and non-commercial use only and only for users of adult age. Any user who is not yet an adult must have the permission of his/her parents or legal guardian, insofar as this is legally permissible, and the parents or legal guardian must have acknowledged these Terms of Use.

  • Purvanchal Film City can be acquired as a Weekly / monthly subscription. The price for a Purvanchal Film City subscription is displayed within on the Website and includes value-added tax, insofar as applicable.

  • Purvanchal Film City subscription can be purchased via on the Website.  All paid features are accessible via the Website, and some are also accessible via the Web TV, provided the user is logged in with the same account on all devices.

  • By subscribing to Purvanchal Film City, the user acquires access to enhanced digital features for the duration of the contract or their availability. The user does not acquire any physical goods or any permanent rights to digital content.

  • Purvanchal Film City may alter or remove digital content and/or features at any time.

  • The user may terminate Purvanchal Film City at any time by clicking within on the Website and then continue using Purvanchal Film City until the end of the Week/month. When the term of a Purvanchal Film City Subscription ends, the Purvanchal Film City reverts back to the regular, free version, and users still keep their free account.

  • The term of a subscription shall likewise end if a user's payment has been unsuccessful, or Purvanchal Film City decides to discontinue the Subscription option with effect from the next possible date.

  • Refund Policy

We might use different payment agreements with our customers. In general when a customer Book a Movies 0r Events Ticket through our website the customer will pay 100% of the cost in advance. The Payment / Fee is not refundable & Transferable if the Ticket has been Book.

  • PERMISSION

Once you have paid us in full for our work we grant to you a Permission to use the Services.​​​​​

  • GOVERNING LAW

The agreement constituted by these terms and conditions and any proposal will be construed according to and is governed by the laws of India. You and PURVANCHAL FILM CITY submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of Uttar Pradesh in relation to any dispute arising under these terms and conditions or in relation to any services we perform for you.

  • CHANGES TO THE TICKET PRICE AND PLAN

We may change our Subscription/Ticket Booking plans time to time.​
