​1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED may enter into different payment arrangements with its Artists, Crew Members, Customers, Subscribers, Trainees, and Service Users depending on the nature of the service.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all payments made on the website or through official channels are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. ADVANCE PAYMENT REQUIREMENT

When an Artist, Crew Member, or Customer books or purchases any of the following services through the Website, App, OTT platform, or offline mode:

  • Movie Tickets

  • Event Tickets

  • Subscriptions or Membership Plans

  • PR & Promotion Services

  • Artist Management Services

  • Casting Registration or Audition Services

  • Acting / Modeling / Entertainment Training

  • Digital or Hard Copy Certificate Processing & Documentation Services

  • Digital Services, Online Content, OTT Access

  • Any other paid service offered by the Company

👉 100% of the total amount must be paid in advance.

Once the payment is successfully completed:

  • The booking/service is considered confirmed

  • The amount paid shall not be refunded, reversed, exchanged, or transferred

  • No claim for refund shall arise due to:

    • Non-selection

    • Change of mind

    • Absence or non-attendance

    • Project delay, modification, or cancellation

    • Any personal or professional reason

3. NO REFUND / NO TRANSFER CLAUSE

  • Fees once paid are final

  • Tickets and services are non-transferable

  • Partial usage or non-usage does not entitle the user to refund

  • Any charge paid towards processing, documentation, administration, training, or digital services is non-reversible

4. PERMISSION TO USE SERVICES

Upon receipt of full payment, PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the specific service(s) paid for, subject to:

  • These Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • Applicable laws of India

This permission does not constitute ownership, employment, guarantee, or exclusive rights of any kind.

5. CANCELLATION BY COMPANY

In rare circumstances, if a service is cancelled solely due to reasons attributable to the Company, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Reschedule the service

  • Provide an alternative service

  • Issue a credit note

Refunds, if any, shall be governed strictly by written communication from the Company and shall not be claimed as a right.

6. CHANGES TO PRICING & PLANS

PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the absolute right to:

  • Modify or revise Subscription Fees

  • Change Ticket Prices

  • Update Service Plan Pricing

  • Introduce or discontinue offers

Such changes may occur without prior notice and shall not affect payments already made.

The price applicable at the time of booking/payment shall be considered final and binding.

7. PAYMENT GATEWAY DISCLAIMER

  • All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways

  • The Company does not store card, UPI, or bank details

  • Failed or delayed transactions due to gateway issues are subject to the gateway’s policies

8. SERVICE-SPECIFIC NON-REFUND CLARIFICATION 

For the avoidance of doubt, it is expressly clarified that no refunds shall be applicable for the following categories of services, whether partially used or unused:

  • Artist registration, profiling, or onboarding services

  • Artist management or profile upgrade services

  • Casting-related registrations, auditions, or evaluations

  • Training programs, workshops, seminars, or examinations

  • Certificates, artist cards, credentials, or documentation services

  • Digital content, OTT access, streaming subscriptions, or online materials

  • Promotional, PR, advertising, or marketing services

This clause applies irrespective of outcome, selection, participation, or usage.

9. DIGITAL & INSTANT ACCESS SERVICES 

Where services involve digital access, instant activation, downloadable content, online platforms, OTT access, or electronic delivery, refunds shall not be permitted once access is granted, activated, or delivered, even if such services remain unused.

10. DOCUMENTATION & DELIVERY CHARGES 

Any fees paid towards Soft Copy / Hard Copy documentation, certificate processing, printing, handling, or delivery are strictly non-refundable, including in cases of:

  • Ineligibility

  • Incorrect or premature application

  • Change of mind

  • Non-utilization

11. USER-INITIATED CANCELLATION 

Cancellations initiated by the User, for any reason whatsoever, shall not entitle the User to any refund, credit, or adjustment, unless expressly agreed in writing by the Company.

12. FORCE MAJEURE & EXTERNAL FACTORS 

No refund shall be applicable where services are affected due to events beyond the Company’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions or regulatory changes

  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

  • Platform outages, internet disruptions, or technical failures

  • Third-party service provider limitations

13. FINALITY OF DECISION  

The decision of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED regarding refunds, cancellations, credits, or adjustments shall be final, binding, and non-contestable, subject to applicable law.
