1. Corporate Ownership & Commercial Operations

All commercial, revenue-generating, and business-related activities across the Purvanchal Film City Group are owned, controlled, and operated exclusively by:

PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED,
a duly incorporated Private Limited Company under the Companies Act, 2013 (India).

This includes, without limitation, operations and services related to:

  • Feature Films, Web Series & OTT Content Production

  • Digital Content, Originals & Media Platforms

  • News, Media, Digital Newspaper & Magazine Services

  • Advertising, Brand Promotion, Public Relations & Marketing

  • Digital Cinema & Theatrical Enablement Services

  • Film, Artist & Industry Databases and Platforms

  • Digital, IT, Platform Development & Technology Services

  • Podcasts, Shows, Events, Awards & Industry Programs

  • Education, Training (commercial), and Skill-Based Services

  • Franchise Models, Licensing & Commercial Partnerships

  • Business, Compliance & Facilitation Services

All invoices, contracts, commercial agreements, subscriptions, advertisements, sponsorships, and paid services are issued solely in the name of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, ensuring full legal accountability, governance, and regulatory compliance.

2. Educational, Welfare & Non-Profit Initiatives (Section 8)

Educational, social welfare, awareness-based, and non-profit initiatives within the Purvanchal Film City ecosystem are supported, where applicable, through:

Talentwood Media & Entertainment Association (TMEA)
(A Section 8 – Not-for-Profit Company)

Such initiatives may include:

  • Foundation-level creative & digital education programs

  • Awareness campaigns, workshops, seminars & outreach initiatives

  • Artist, crew & media welfare programs

  • Skill development and capacity-building activities

  • Ethical media practices and industry awareness initiatives

Where operational support is required, such initiatives may be professionally managed or executed by PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, while maintaining a clear legal, financial, and governance separation between commercial operations and non-profit activities.

3. No Government Affiliation or Statutory Authority

The Purvanchal Film City Group, including all its brands, platforms, schools, networks, and associations:

  • ❌ Does not claim affiliation with any Government body, ministry, board, or authority

  • ❌ Does not function as a statutory regulator, licensing body, or government-recognized authority

  • ❌ Does not issue government approvals, permissions, licenses, or statutory certifications

All services offered are private, professional, and industry-based, governed by applicable Indian laws and the Group’s internal policies.

4. Transparency, Ethics & Disclosures

All platforms and brands operating under the Purvanchal Film City ecosystem adhere to:

  • Transparent and ethical business practices

  • Clear identification of advertisements, sponsored content, and promotions

  • Ethical standards in media, education, casting, and content creation

  • Consent-based and fair-use data handling practices

  • Clearly defined terms of use, privacy policies, and disclaimers

Paid partnerships, promotions, or sponsored content are clearly disclosed, and no misleading or deceptive representations are made to users, artists, partners, or the general public.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • Brand names, logos, trademarks, and visual identities

  • Platform names, sub-brands, and digital properties

  • Website content, layouts, designs, and creative assets

  • Audio-visual works, original productions, and recordings

  • Databases, compilations, software, and digital assets

are the exclusive property of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED and/or its respective brand owners, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, misrepresentation, distribution, or commercial exploitation of such intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable laws.

6. Brand Usage & Representation

All sub-brands, verticals, and platforms within the Purvanchal Film City Group operate under a structured brand governance framework, ensuring that:

  • Brand usage follows approved internal guidelines

  • Parent company ownership is clearly disclosed wherever required

  • No brand is portrayed as an independent statutory or government authority

  • Public communication remains accurate, lawful, and consistent

  • Full compliance with Indian corporate, media, IT, education, and IP laws

  • Responsible and ethical content creation and distribution
