2. OTT Film Subscription Activation Policy

All OTT Film / Content Subscription Plans are activated:

Within a maximum of 72 hours after successful payment.

Technical or operational reasons.

Once a subscription is activated:

It cannot be cancelled,

cannot be returned, and

is non-refundable.

3. PR, Artist Management & Other Services (Service-Based Delivery)

PR, Artist Management, Promotion, Training, Consulting, and other professional services are service-based.

Delivery and commencement of services depend on:

Scope of work

Agreed timelines.

As these are services:

No shipping applies

No return or exchange is applicable once the service has started.

4. Digital Products & Online Deliverables

In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to assist, but shall not be held liable for delays.
9. Lost or Failed Deliveries

customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

11. NO CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY
All deliveries, activations, and services offered by PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED are strictly prepaid only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for any digital product, subscription, service, certificate, or physical delivery unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.
12. PARTIAL DELIVERY / SPLIT DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
In certain cases, digital and physical components of a service (such as soft copy certificates and hard copy documents) may be delivered separately based on processing timelines.
Such partial or split delivery shall be deemed complete delivery of the service and shall not give rise to any refund, cancellation, or dispute.
13. ADDRESS CHANGE & RE-SHIPPING POLICY
Once a physical shipment has been dispatched:

Address changes shall not be permitted, and

Any re-shipping due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal shall attract additional charges, payable by the customer.
The Company shall not be liable for delays or losses arising from such circumstances.
14. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & PROOF
For physical shipments, delivery confirmation provided by the third-party courier or postal service shall be treated as valid proof of delivery.
For digital products and services, system logs, email confirmations, dashboard access, or activation records shall be treated as valid proof of delivery.
15. NO LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY COURIERS
PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED does not operate its own courier or postal service.
Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for delays, losses, damages, or service deficiencies caused by third-party courier or logistics partners beyond reasonable coordination and follow-up.
16. SERVICE COMPLETION DEEMED DELIVERY
For service-based offerings such as PR, Artist Management, Promotion, Training, Consulting, or Professional Services, the commencement or substantial performance of the service shall be deemed as successful delivery, even if the service is ongoing or partially completed.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at the Company’s registered office.
