1. Scope of Delivery

PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED provides the following types of delivery:

  • OTT Film / Content Subscriptions

  • PR, Artist Management & Other Professional Services

  • Digital Products

  • Physical Products / Documents (where applicable)

2. OTT Film Subscription Activation Policy

  • All OTT Film / Content Subscription Plans are activated:

    • Instantly, or

    • Within a maximum of 72 hours after successful payment.

  • Activation time may vary due to:

    • System processing

    • Verification

    • Technical or operational reasons.

  • Once a subscription is activated:

    • It cannot be cancelled,

    • cannot be returned, and

    • is non-refundable.

3. PR, Artist Management & Other Services (Service-Based Delivery)

  • PR, Artist Management, Promotion, Training, Consulting, and other professional services are service-based.

  • Delivery and commencement of services depend on:

    • The selected plan

    • Scope of work

    • Agreed timelines.

  • As these are services:

    • No shipping applies

    • No return or exchange is applicable once the service has started.

  • Timelines may vary based on the selected service plan.

4. Digital Products & Online Deliverables

The following digital products and deliverables are provided through secure online channels:

  • Digital Certificates (Soft Copy)

  • Online Access / Dashboard / Secure Links

  • Digital Books, Files, or Content

  • Digital Documentation Services

⏱ Delivery Time:
👉 Within 72 working hours from successful payment (unless otherwise stated).

  • Digital products are intangible in nature.

  • Once delivered or accessed:

    • They are non-returnable,

    • non-exchangeable, and

    • non-refundable.

5. Physical Products / Hard Copy Delivery (If Applicable)

  • Physical items such as:

    • Printed certificates

    • Official cards

    • Documents
      may be shipped via third-party courier or postal services.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Within India: 7–25 working days

  • Delivery timelines depend on location, courier partner, and external factors.

6. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Physical deliveries may attract separate shipping or delivery charges.

  • Applicable charges are:

    • Displayed at checkout, or

    • Communicated at the time of service confirmation.

  • Digital deliveries generally do not involve shipping charges unless explicitly mentioned.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate:

    • Name

    • Address

    • Postal code

    • Contact details.

  • PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be responsible for:

    • Delays

    • Failed deliveries

    • Additional costs
      resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

8. Delays, Technical Issues & Force Majeure

Delivery or activation may be delayed due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Network or server issues

  • Technical failures

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier delays
    or other Force Majeure events.

In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to assist, but shall not be held liable for delays.

9. Lost or Failed Deliveries

  • If a physical shipment is:

    • Lost, or

    • Damaged in transit,
      customers must notify the Company  within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery.

  • Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Review does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

10. Policy Updates

PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on the website shall be considered final and binding.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Shipping & Delivery Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located at the Company’s registered office.
